Our exclusive CPAP Circle of Care Program provides our patients with an integrated package of services designed to efficiently manage their experience on PAP therapy, from referral to ongoing compliance support.
Our proprietary Patient Care Live software delivers efficient intake of new patients, allowing us to complete insurance verification within 24 hours of the receipt of referral.
We aim to setup approved patients with their PAP equipment within 72 hours. The setup includes training on use and maintenance of the equipment by a licensed respiratory therapist in the patient’s home. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality machines fully equipped with modems regardless of their level of insurance.
After setup patients are passed to our Patient Care Center that is staffed by licensed respiratory therapists who make outbound compliance calls at 72 hours, 30 days and every 90 days thereafter as long as the patient is on therapy. Patients can also call in anytime for help and advice.
Ongoing compliance is driven using our proprietary Download on Demand software that generates compliance reports using data received from the patient’s wireless modem. The reports are delivered to referring physicians via eFax at the end of a patient compliance call, highlighting key data and anecdotal feedback gathered during the call.
